What doyou have todo?—Lead and mentor ateam ofdata scientists, providing guidance and support toensure successful project execution and professional development; —Planning and distribution ofwork inateam, monitoring implementation; —Drive the development and implementation ofcutting-edge machine learning algorithms and statistical models toextract actionable insights from large datasets; —Collaborate with business stakeholders tounderstand key objectives and translate them into analytical solutions that deliver measurable business value; —Design and execute experiments totest hypotheses tobuild prediction algorithms; —Design ofservices onthe balance ofthe team incollaboration with the architect and business analysts; —Implementing and maintaining good software development practices, such ascoding conventions, and code review; —Assistance introubleshooting, and training onhow toprevent them inthe future; —Conducting knowledge tests, developing tests for self-control and for hiring needs; —Participation ininterviews ofteam candidates, assessing the level ofknowledge and expertise; —Providing regular feedback toteam members; —Conducting team meetings onaregular basis; —Approval ofvacations, sick leave, time off, overtime inthe team, and correction ofcurrent plans.
