About the project: the team is engaged in building modern data quality management processes to increase the efficiency of management decision-making and improve the quality of digital services.

Main responsibilities:

• Development of data quality management processes in the company
• Collection, formalization and prioritization of requirements for data quality
• Development of standards for working with data in the context of ensuring their quality at the level of the entire organization
• Writing internal regulatory documents to regulate the DQ management process
• Analysis and evaluation of the current level of data quality in the company
• Ensuring the necessary level of DQ competence in the company
• Creating training materials on the theory and practice of applying DQ approaches.

Basic requirements:

• Higher education
• Work experience in the banking field
• Data experience
• Analytical skills
• Big data skills
• Developed skills in setting and prioritizing tasks
• Understanding the principles of building and describing business processes
• High level of self-organization, initiative, time management
• Understanding the principles of building DBMS and data warehouses
• Knowledge of DAMA DMBOK / other methodologies and approaches in the field of Data Governance and Data Quality
• Knowledge of principles of data management, data life cycle, understanding of DataLineage
• English Intermediate ( B1— Intermediate)+
• Preferably: knowledge of BPMN, UML notations
• Preferably: knowledge of modern approaches to building Data Management and Data Quality processes in companies with developed IT infrastructure
• li> Desirable: knowledge of SQL (reading scripts, checking settings)
