Data Quality Improvement and Analysis Manager

Responsibilities:

• Checking the completeness and correctness of data/documents in the Microsoft Business Central accounting system according to the areas of accounting for goods movements. If necessary, make adjustments;
• Handling data requests from key users, including requests to change and correct errors in source documents;
• Providing advice to key users on the correct use and management of data;
• Collaboration with business analysts and support line specialists in resolving incidents regarding data quality;
• Providing recommendations to prevent recurrence of data quality incidents;
• Participation in testing software updates within the scope of competence.

Requirements:

• High analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Experience in data management or data quality assurance;
• Deep practical knowledge in the subject area (logistics, commercial accounting);
• Skills for working with large data sets;
• Proficient in MS Excel;
• Knowledge of the basics of document management;
• Experience with Microsoft Business Central is an added advantage;
• Higher education (economics, finance, law);
• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years (possibly with other systems).

• Schedule: closed Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday and Sunday off;
