Data Quality Engineer (ETL, CRM) in Ukrposhta

Right now we are looking for a Data Quality Engineer (ETL, CRM)

Main Responsibilities:

• Design and development of a target customer data architecture (Customer Data Domain)
• Ensuring integrity, quality and a single customer view (Single Customer View) through the implementation of company-wide data cleaning, deduplication and validation processes
• Analysis of the existing customer database structure and flow mapping of data
• Development and approval of KPIs for data quality assessment (Data Quality Scorecard)
• Formation of TOR for implementation of deduplication and verification tools
• Creation of regulations for support of client data architecture
• Expected results in the first 3 months works:A full audit (Assessment) was carried out: a report was created on the current state of the client data architecture and critical "bottlenecks" were identified; The Data Quality Framework was introduced: a catalog of quality metrics (completeness, relevance, accuracy) was created and regular monitoring was set up; A cleaning strategy was developed: technical requirements and business logic for automatic deduplication (deduplication) and verification of contact data were prepared; Designed the target scheme: Created the client's "Golden Record" architecture documentation

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Education - higher (IT or related)
• Experience in the field - from 3 years
• Design of complex data models (Relational, Dimensional, Data Vault)
• Development of Data Quality strategies and metadata management
• Experience in implementing MDM (Master Data Management) solutions
• Creation of duplicate identification and merging algorithms (Fuzzy Matching, Deterministic Matching)
