• Development, updating and implementation of policies, procedures and instructions for the protection of personal data, information and cyber security.
• Conducting Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) and Privacy Risk Assessment.
• Analysis of business processes for compliance with GDPR, Ukrainian legislation and ISO/IEC 27001 standard; identification of gaps and development of corrective measures measures.
• Formation and support of data processing mechanisms: access, deletion, restrictions, storage, transfer, portability, etc.
• Conducting training sessions and webinars for employees on information security and GDPR.
• Analysis of existing technical protection measures and implementation of new ones (encryption, logging, access control, etc.).
• Preparation of regular reports on the state of information and cyber security.
• Monitoring regulatory changes and updating internal policies and processes.
• Implementation of ISO/IEC 27001 requirements and improvement of the organization's overall security level.
