Requirements: Higher legal education; 2+ years of practical experience in the consulting industry or as an in-house specialist; 1+ years of practical experience in the field of personal data protection; Advanced legal English — both oral and written, as all documents will be in English; Clear understanding of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other regulations in the field of personal data protection; Certification in the field of privacy and personal data protection (eg CIPP/E, CIPP/US, CIPM or CIPT) will be an advantage; Experience with international standards (eg ISO27001, ISO27701) will be an advantage. Working conditions: L&D center with courses for employees and top managers ;Rotation program;Medical insurance;Paid leave;Hospitals;Library for self-study, access to paid courses;Stable payments;Evoplay discount program;Group discussions and individual sessions with a psychologist.Responsibilities:Monitoring compliance with legislation on the protection of personal data in various jurisdictions; Preparation, coordination and negotiation of contracts on the processing of personal data; Close cooperation with the product team and providing advice in order to comply with the requirements of the legislation on privacy and protection of personal data; Processing of requests from subjects of personal data, consideration of complaints and incidents; Development, support and implementation of policies, procedures, standards and instructions in order to ensure compliance with the legislation on personal data protection; conducting privacy impact assessments (eng. — Privacy Impact Assessment (PIA), Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA), Legitimate Interest Assessment (LIA), etc.); Conducting regular internal audits to ensure compliance with legislation on personal data protection; Creating training materials for staff and conducting training on privacy issues and privacy policy.
