Key Responsibilities:

• Data Analysis: Collect, process, and analyze data to identify trends that inform strategic decisions across the organization.
• Product Insights: Evaluate user behavior and market trends to enhance product features and user experience.
• Supportive Collaboration: Assist development and product teams during various changes and tests.
• Reporting: Create dynamic reports for analyzing all product metrics and A/B testing results.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc requests from sales, product, marketing, SEO, and PPC teams.
• Automation: Streamline routine queries and share insights with team members to foster a data-driven culture.
• Presentation: Analyze and present outcomes of product releases and changes, employing data visualization and data-driven storytelling techniques to highlight successes or areas for growth.
• Infrastructure Improvement: Participate in enhancing our data infrastructure.
   

What We Expect:

• Proven Experience: At least 2 years of experience as a Product/Data Analyst.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and API usage, particularly Google Analytics.
• Visualization Tools: Proficient with visualization systems such as Tableau, Looker Studio, and Power BI.
• Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey complex data in accessible formats.
• Python Proficiency: Skilled in data processing using Python.
• Self-Management: Highly organized and result-oriented.
   

Bonus Skills:

• A/B Testing: Solid experience in conducting and understanding A/B testing.
• AI Data Analysis Tools: Familiarity with AI-based data analysis tools like Akkio.
• Metrics Implementation: Experience in setting up and contributing to product metrics systems.
• Tools like Amplitude, MixPanel, GA4: Experience with these tools would be advantageous.
• Documentation: Experience in structured documentation, preferably in Confluence.
