Data Operations Specialist (Salesforce) in Kyiv Strategy Consulting

Location: hybrid format (office in Kyiv + remote)
Department: Business Development / Transformation Management (BDO Germany projects)

About the role

We are looking for a Data Operations Specialist to join the Business Development / Transformation Management team of our parent company —BDO Germany.
The role involves participation in projects related to tenders and proposals for the provision of consulting services for clients from Germany and other EU countries.

The specialist will be responsible for maintaining high quality data in Salesforce, managing leads, creating reports and dashboards, as well as integrating data from different systems.

Main duties:

1. Data Management

• Maintaining and updating customer data in Salesforce.
• Identifying and eliminating duplicates to ensure data quality.
• Enriching company database to improve knowledge base.

2. Lead Management

• Distribution of leads between relevant teams and employees in Germany.
• Search for new leads on supplier portals and entering them into Salesforce.

3. Reporting and analytics

• Creating reports and dashboards for data quality analysis.
• Supporting data quality improvement activities.

4. Data integration

• Combining data from different systems into a single database.
• Support for entering information and data into Salesforce.

5. Data updating and compliance

• Update information in case of changes to ensure its accuracy and relevance.

Requirements:

• Excellent command of German and English (oral and written).
• Good understanding of sales and compliance processes.
• Basic knowledge in the field of commerce or business administration.
• Ability to quickly master internal company processes.
• Attention to details and accuracy in working with data.
• Analytical and structured thinking.
• From 2 years of experience with current version Salesforce.
• Ability to work in a team and operate effectively in a dynamic environment.
