Data Master in ENCORE Digital

ENCORE Digital is a Ukrainian IT company that is part of a group of companies with Ukrainian roots. We are currently looking for a Data Master who seeks to develop in the field of data management and ERP systems.

It is important for us:

• Experience working with Master Data

• Understanding the principles of Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Lifecycle

• Sufficient mastery of Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, summary tables, data verification)

• Ability to analyze data, find duplicates, check correctness and integrity

• Attention to details, structure and systems thinking

• English - Intermediate level (reading technical documentation)

Will be an advantage:

• Experience of participating in projects SAP implementation or data migration

• Knowledge of business processes (purchasing, production, sales, finance, logistics)

• Skills to automate data processing processes (VBA, SQL, Power Query, etc.)

What you will do:

• Maintenance and updating of master data in systems (SAP, 1C etc.)

• Checking, unification and cleaning of data (data cleansing, harmonization)

• Preparation of data for migration to SAP (files, templates, validation)

• Maintenance of directories: materials, counterparties, production structures, financial objects

• Analysis of business requests to create/change data, reconciliation of changes

• Supporting internal Data Management policies and participating in process improvement

• Collaboration with Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, IT teams
