Data & Management Information Reporting Analyst in IPF Digital

We are people-light and technology-heavy, and your role is to work as part of the IPF Digital Hub Data Team. We are a business that offers online lending & mobile wallet solutions under the brands Credit24 and Creditea, operating in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Czechia, Australia and Mexico.

In your role, as part of the IPF Digital Hub Data team, you will be a hands-on, commercially focused Data MI Reporting Analyst that gets a buzz from seeing a direct link between the results of your work in the area of data technology and the bottom line, whilst working across a broad range of operational areas. You will work closely and act also as a middleman between IPF Digital Finance and the technology area. This will be a varied role so you will need to be comfortable managing, analysing, and visualizing data, and providing and presenting recommendations for decisions and actions. We expect 2+ years of relevant work experience.

We work in hybrid mode: two times a week from the office (located in Warsaw near Dworzec Zachodni).

Skills

• Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills 
• Ability to prepare reports and recommendations 
• Flexible approach, to ensure deadlines are met and overseas support is delivered as required 
• Positive mind set – ‘can-do attitude’ 

Knowledge

• Knowledge of data analytics and reporting techniques 
• Advanced knowledge of SQL (preferred T-SQL and Snowflake SQL) 
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel 
• Understanding of the Accounting / Finance processes and measures would be an asset 
• Strong numeracy skills 

Experience

• Experience of MI / BI in a financial services environment 
• 2+ years of working with data warehouses and reporting solutions 

Qualifications

• Very good communication skills in verbal and written English 
• Understanding of a data warehouse and BI solutions and tools 
• Effective organisation, prioritisation and time management
