Data Labeling Manager in Prai

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Labeling Manager to lead and optimize our data labeling operations in the EST time zone. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, demonstrated by a high GPA, and extensive experience in data management, project coordination, and quality assurance. This role requires exceptional organizational and leadership skills to ensure our data labeling processes are efficient, accurate, and meet the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data labelers, ensuring high levels of productivity and quality.
• Process Optimization: Develop and implement efficient data labeling workflows and processes to maximize accuracy and efficiency.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain rigorous quality control procedures to ensure the accuracy and reliability of labeled data.
• Training and Development: Create and deliver training programs for new and existing team members to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge.
• Project Coordination: Coordinate labeling projects, managing timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure project goals are met.
• Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as necessary.
• Tool Management: Evaluate and implement data labeling tools and software to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Reporting: Generate reports and provide insights on labeling performance, quality metrics, and process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data labeling, data management, or a related field, with at least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field. High academic achievement is required, with a minimum GPA of 4.7 on a 5.0 scale.
