Main tasks:

• Development/coding of online reporting forms (Kobo Toolbox or Formshare) and subsequent customization of online forms as needed;

• Settingssoftware for monitoring and processing data entering the online form (Kobo Toolbox or Formshare);

• Ensuring the collection, consolidation and processing of reporting data in the electronic database for monthly reporting by the donor about the implementation of the project;

• Analysis of the collected data for the preparation of reports on the provided services;

• Communicating and providing feedback to providers of project services

• Preparation of infographics based on the collected data for reporting on the services provided;

• Detailed analysis of MTMO activities on a monthly basis;

• Analysis of the activities of the subjects - once a month: summarized information about the activity for the previous month in the form of infographics in Ukrainian and English

Requirements for the candidate:

• Higher education in economics, administration, IT or related fields

• Work experience in a similar position

• Knowledge of Excel at an advanced level

• Knowledge of coding languages ​​- SQL

• Knowledge of MS Office software - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams 

• Proficiency in written and spoken English (level not lower than Upper-Intermediate. Priority — Advanced / Proficient)

• Experience with database management programs

• Experience with data backup and recovery software

• Knowledge of documentation and reporting tools 

Personal qualities:

• High level of responsibility

• Ability to plan and complete work on time

• Ability to work in a team and individually to complete urgent tasks

• Readiness for communications (maybe many calls)
