We are looking for a DATA/IT manager to join the team

The international organization HealthRight International (Right to Health) and the Ukrainian Public Health Foundation founded by it in Ukraine.

Information about the customer: HealthRight International (Right to Health) is an international charity that works in the field of public health and human rights to ensure access to medical and social services for vulnerable sections of the population. HealthRight International has been working in Ukraine since 2005 as a representative of a foreign non-governmental organization. a fund established by the international organization HealthRight International with the aim of building local capacity and supporting Ukrainian initiatives that provide vital assistance to the most vulnerable women, children and youth. In Ukraine, organizations have been working since 2005 and are implementing models aimed at preventing social orphanhood, gender-based violence and HIV, AIDS; contribute to the development of local communities by increasing the capacity of public organizations and local self-government bodies to improve the range, access and quality of social services and rehabilitation services.

EMPLOYMENT: 100%

MAIN GOALS :

• ensures compliance of the technological infrastructure and data processing with the strategic goals of the project, as well as the use of forms and tools by monitoring specialists and evaluation;
• the main purpose of this position is to provide support to project staff and the donor in the effective use of information resources and data to ensure the smooth operation of systems and optimize the use of data for programmatic decision-making.

DATA FUNCTIONS /ITmanager in projects:

• Ensure selection of online reporting platform for services provided (Kobo Toolbox or Formshare);
• Design/code online reporting forms (Kobo Toolbox or Formshare) and further setting up online forms as needed;
• Ensuring the collection, consolidation and processing of reporting data in an electronic database for monthly reporting to the donor on project implementation;
• Analyzing the collected datanor for compiling reports on the services provided;
• Communication and providing feedback with project service providers to resolve and clarify technical issues regarding filling out and submitting reports in online forms (questions regarding reporting in online forms, uploading materials to the cloud, providing access to personal folders in the cloud);
• Checking, identifying and correcting errors in reports submitted in online forms;
• Setting up monitoring software and processing of data entered into the online form (Kobo Toolbox or Formshare);
• Periodic setting of the online form (Kobo Toolbox or Formshare) to limit the possibility of entering data for the previous period;
• Preparation of infographics based on the collected data for reporting on the services provided;
• Detailed analysis of MTMO activity on a monthly basis;
• Analysis of the activities of objects - once a month: summarized information about the activity for the previous month in the form of infographics in Ukrainian and English.

REQUIREMENTS:                                                                                          

• Higher education in economics, administration, IT or other relevant academic program.
• Work experience in relevant field.
• Knowledge of MS Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, etc.).
• High level of English (both written and spoken).
• Knowledge of coding languages.
