Data Integration Support Specialist in ABM Cloud

Our Project managers are engaged in the implementation of systems for automating business processes in retail. You will participate in all projects as a Data Integration Support Specialist whose main task is to support project managers and clients on integration issues.

ABM Inventory is an automated enterprise inventory management system. The purpose of the system is to ensure the constant availability of the goods in the right quantity in the right place and at the right time; reduce the level of excess stocks (over-stock); reduce lost sales by reducing out-of-stock; free up working capital.

ABM Shelf – automatic centralized management of merchandising, modeling of halls, shelves and displays, as well as analysis of their effectiveness; control over the implementation of the layout and the dependence of the margin on the placement of goods. Management of shelf space to increase sales, optimize the number of goods in warehouses, release frozen funds.

ABM Assortment - creation of the company's assortment strategy, daily management of categories and clusters, using business indicators to improve and save time on creating reports.

Responsibilities:

• Test data uploads and prepare relevant reports.
• Advise project managers/clients about data exchange/data errors .
• Record/download data.
• Teach project managers on technical aspects of data exchange.
• Maintain documentation and training materials in the direction of data integration in an up-to-date state.
  
  Requirements:
• Higher technical education or you are a senior student;
• English B2+ (communication with international team/clients)
  
  Will be a plus:
• Experience in a similar position (working with customers/technical support)
• Understanding the main methods of integrating IT solutions (API , File based, ETL etc.)
• Courses in the direction of Data Quality and Governance, Tech Support etc.
