RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the full integration cycle (from requirements gathering to production launch) and oversee each phase
- Monitor integrations and ensure their stable performance in production
- Communicate with clients to gather and clarify requirements, managing client expectations regarding integration timelines and quality
- Coordinate between technical and business teams
- Analyze technical documentation and agree on integration terms
- Optimize and improve integration processes
- Maintain reporting on integrations
