Their services include small group tours, private tours and cruises on small ships that can be arranged all over the world.

The company is constantly expanding its team in Ukraine. We are looking for candidates who are passionate about tourism and are ready to adapt to American work standards.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Worked in a travel company;

• Ready to be responsible for data on customers/products/services provided;
• You have English at a level not lower than Upper-Intermediate and are ready to work in an exclusively English-speaking environment;
• You are comfortable remote work according to American time;
• Interested in developing in the field of tourism and learning American work standards;
• You have a confident command of basic office programs.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining the relevance of data about tourist products, services and prices on the company website and in the reservation program;
• Management of the product database: entering data from contracts, updating information on other resources;
• Comparison of received invoices with concluded contracts for inaccuracies, errors or omissions;
• Create and maintain a database of videos and podcasts of the necessary for a successful trip;
• Help with entering passenger data;
• Notification of opportunities to improve the existing work system.
