DATA ENTRY OPERATOR

Employee's main activity:
Perform all activities related to the entry of medical data into the mission database in accordance with MSF protocols and respecting confidentiality in order to have reliable and up-to-date information.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Regularly enter medical data (e.g. beneficiary details, visit dates, prescription content, viral load, etc.) into the mission database according to MSF protocols.
- Participate in data collection from both MSF entities and MSF partner health facilities.
- Participate in searching for lost data.
- Update existing beneficiary files and make any necessary corrections.
- Regular backup of processed data.
- Take care of all equipment provided and maintain a clean and orderly work area, paying particular attention to all beneficiary files.
- Communicate any data management issues to your management.
- Develop statistical reports when required by the medical team.
- Ensure, promote and maintain the confidentiality of all information recorded.
evaluations, rehabilitation plan and information about poda(light observation) in the project database, ensuring completeness and timeliness to support regular monitoring and reporting.
Assist in identifying missing or inconsistent data, inform appropriate medical staff of the need for corrections, and support the preparation of regular project statistics and metrics under the direction of the data entry supervisor and the medical team.Provide support to the data entry supervisor in monitoring data quality and completeness, collected by MSF medical staff (physiotherapists, psychologists, nurses, health promoters).REQUIREMENTS:
