Data Engineer Tech Lead Варшава (Польща), Лімасол (Кіпр) Requirements 5+years ofrelevant experience asaData Engineer, building Data Platforms, Data lakes and Business Intelligence solutions; BSdegree inComputer Science orarelated field; Proficient inimplementing data pipelines (i.e. Pyspark, Spark SQL, Scala), orchestration tools/services (i.e. Airflow, data factory), and testing frameworks; Proficient with Software Engineering best practices, such asunit testing and integration testing, and software development tools, such asIntelliJ, Maven, Git, and Docker among others; Experience inone ofthe main cloud services (AWS, Google Cloud, orAzure) with Big Data services (EMR, Databricks, Synapse, HDInsight, Kinesis, etc.); Experience indatabases (columnar, NoSQL, and relational databases: Redshift, Dynamodb, Aurora, Postgres, and/or Snowflake), data modeling, and data management tools; Experience with orchestration, automation, integration, and continuous delivery frameworks such asJenkins orStreamsets; Experience with reporting systems and visualization tools Quicksight, Tableau, and Looker; Experience working inAgile methodologies; Upper-Intermediate English level. Will beplus Experience with DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps; Experience with security and privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA); Experience inData Science and Machine Learning; Knowledge ofData Mesh Architectures. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation ofthe data &analytics architecture ensuring compliance, quality, and sustainable growth ofthe platform; Build scalable data pipelines tointegrate and model datasets from different sources that meet functional and non-functional requirements. Provide the technology, tools, and data tosupport data scientists and BIanalysts; Manage the technical backlog onthe Data &Analytics Platform; Ensure the data quality byimplementing and monitoring adata quality framework together with the data source teams; Work with data infrastructure totriage infrastructure issues and drive them toresolution; Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders tounderstand their business needs; Formulate and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data gathering, analysis, ongoing scaled deliverables, and presentations; Foster adata-driven culture throughout the team and lead data projects that will have animpact throughout the organization; Help togrow our data team with exceptional engineers.
