Data Engineer Microsoft Teams in PTK Shabo, TOV

We are currently looking for a Data Engineer to join our team, who will be responsible for the design and development of modern solutions for data integration, storage and processing in the Microsoft cloud environment.

Requirements:

• 2 years of experience working with Microsoft 365/Teams;
• Experience in implementing corporate portals or shared systems work;
• In-depth knowledge of Teams, SharePoint, Power Automate;
• Basic skills of working with PowerShell/Azure CLI;
• Understanding of networks and security;
• Availability of certificates: MS-700 (Managing Microsoft Teams) or equivalent is mandatory; AZ-104 (Azure Admin) will be an advantage.

Main duties:

• Development and configuration of corporate portal: creation of channels, integration with SharePoint, OneDrive and other tools M365;
• User administration: Access management, roles (RBAC) and groups in Azure AD/Teams; Adaptation of new employees;
• Productivity tracking with the help of Teams Analytics and Viva Analytics; Optimizing workload reduction processes;
• Creating monitoring panels in Power BI based on Teams data, for example, analyzing employee engagement or communication effectiveness;
• Connecting external services (Power Automate, Forms, PowerBI) creating workflows for business processes;
• Ensuring data protection: setting DLP policies, auditing logs; compliance with GDPR/internal standards;
• Incident resolution (troubleshooting); conducting trainings for users;
• Updating and scaling Microsoft Update Monitoring; Planning the expansion of the company's growth portal;
• Participation in projects: Cooperation with the CCO to implement change management, for example, during company expansion or migration to the cloud;
• Technical support of related services: basic assistance with Outlook, OneDrive or even Azure (if there are integrations) to reduce the workload of other IT specialists;
• Monitoring Microsoft trends (for example, artificial intelligence functions intelligence in Teams) and proposals for their implementation to increase productivity.
