We are currently exploring the possibilities of artificial intelligence and machine learning in order to combine all the previously acquired experience of launching projects and thereby help our new clients make exceptionally correct decisions in the construction and development of their business, as well as to prevent negative trends in their development .

• Development and training of machine learning models to predict key metrics;
• Designing, creating and maintaining effective processes for supporting machine learning models;
• Creation and optimization of ETL processes for data processing and preparation;
• Analysis of historical data for previously launched and current projects, identification of key factors and patterns;
• Visualize and interpret models using dashboards and other tools to provide analysis results to stakeholders for business decision-making.

What you need for this:

• Proven experience in a similar position/project at least 2 years, necessarily with a focus on AI and ML;
• Solid knowledge of Python and the ability to work with data analysis and machine learning libraries (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras);
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB);
• Experience with machine learning algorithms and their scaling
• Good understanding of time series analysis methods (ARIMA, Prophet, LSTM);
• Experience in exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data visualization (Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, Power BI);
• Knowledge of how to interpret machine learning models (SHAP, LIME);
• Experience in creating and optimizing ETL processes (Apache NiFi, Talend);
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with various stakeholders;
• Strong analytical skills.
