Data Engineer in Poland in UST Ukraine

What you’ll do:● Manage data analysis todevelop fact-based recommendations for inhouse projects.● Profile big data and develop indepth analytics onthe impact ofnew rules for EntityResolution● Collaborate with Technology, Security, Data Privacy, Data Governance, and ITOperationteams tosupport the movement, scanning and analyzing ofdata assets migrated toGCP● Conceptualize, analyze, and develop actionable recommendations for strategic challenges.● 5+years’ experience working with Data Schemas and Data formats such asJSON, Parquet,AVRO etc● Present results and recommendations tointernal and external customersWhat experience you need:● GCP preffered (Associate Cloud Engineer)/ AWS/ Azure certification orreadiness toobtain cloud certification before your start day● Bachelor’s degree inComputer Science, Statistics, orother engineering fields● Minimum of5years professional experience (that must include 3years experience inDataEngineer, Data Wrangler, and/or similar positions).● Minimum of2years ofexperience performing analysis using Google BigQuery, BigTable, andother Google Cloud Platform technologies, Google DataFlow, DataStream, Scala+ Spark orPySpark isaplus.● Minimum of2years ofexperience invirtualized orpublic cloud platforms, ideally Google CloudPlatform, Amazon Web Services orMicrosoft Azure.● Experience with Change Data Capture● Excellent problem solving skills with the ability todesign algorithms (this experience mayinclude data cleaning, data mining, data clustering and pattern recognition methodologies)● Expertise inrelational databases, NoSQL (orrelated technologies), SQL● Atleast one general purpose programming such asPython, Scala, isrequired.● Agile development including Scrum and other lean techniques isaplus.What could set you apart:● Master’s degree (preferred) inComputer Science, Data Science, Analytics orStatistics orother engineering fields● Strong knowledge ofcredit bureau data● Experience inEntity Resolution concepts, prototype orhand-on project.● Graph database, AI/ML tools usage tosolve large scale business problems● Experience inData Visualization and storytelling
