Kyivstar.Tech is for Data Engineer (AWS Developer) to manage various life cycles of big data analytical systems. The Data Lifecycle Engineer will have the ability to help customers realize their full potential accelerating adoption and productive use of AWS technologiesRequirements:3+ years of technical experience in Database development, designing and building database solutions (tables / stored procedures / forms / queries / etc.)Business intelligence knowledge with deep augmentation of data structure / data projects to design and tune BI solutions 3+ years of experience AWS services like EC2, S3, Redshift/Spectrum, Glue, Athena, RDS, Lambda and API gatewayFamiliar with software DevOps CI/CD tools like Git , Jenkins, Linux and Shell ScriptUnderstanding of Spark, Hive, Kafka, Spark Streaming, and AirflowExperience in Software Engineering and DevelopmentUnderstanding of database schema designAdvanced data analytics — designing and building solutions using AWS technologiesData formats knowledge and the differences between themExperience with Hadoop stackExperience with RDBMS and/or NoSQLExperience with KafkaExperience with Java and/or Scala and/or pythonKnowledge of the version of the management system: git or bitbucketBI Tools experience (PowerBI)Background in test driven development, automated testing and others.Docker/Kubernetes paradigm understandingEnglish -upper intermediateRelated AWS Certifications are a plusResponsibility: The development of ETL backgrounds is based on AWS stack technology: such as EC2, S3, edshift/Spectrum, Glue, Athena, RDS, Lambda and API gatewayParticipate in efforts to design, build, and develop rapid Proof-of-Concept (POC) solutions and servicesBe a key team member in design and development of the product teamParticipate in sprint planning meetings and provide estimates on technical implementationCollaborate with other engineering groups of people to ensure all services are reliable, proprietary and well-integrated in existing platforms specific areas of risk and/or handling requirementsTroubleshooting and performance optimization for data processing flows, data modelsBuild and maintain reporting, models, dashboardsWe offer:Office or remote — it's up to you: You can work anywhere, and we will work above.
