Data Engineer Львів SOLEAD Software islooking for asenior data engineer tojoin our seasoned team for anew project tobuild adata platform joining together multiple existing software tools for information management industry. The data platform should combine, transform, analyze, report and visualize various data sets from on-premise and cloud-based systems (custom .NET based toolset, CRMsystem, HRmanagement tool, and accounting software). The goal ofthe project istodeploy Master Data Management practices and standards against all company data. Currently, Solead’s team consists ofsix professionals tightly collaborating with remote teams inEurope and USA. Agile development process assumes regular online communication via MSTeams, all-team teleconferences twice per week, daily code commits and weekly releases. The development process isbased onGitLab environment with very high attention tocode quality and documentation. Duties and Responsibilities Design and implementation ofacentral data platform for information management industry Suggestion and evaluation ofdata management practices and tools tobeused inthe project Deep collaboration with the architecture, development and support teams Participation inAgile process, team meetings, brainstorming, etc. Following project practices, conventions and standards Regular communication toother team members, work progress/status reporting Skills and Qualifications Sc.orM.Sc. degree incomputer science, applied math, orsimilar 5+years ofexperience indata engineering field and related projects Expertise inSQL and noSQL database design and programming Understanding ofData Lake, Data Warehouse іData Mart storages Experience with ETL and data pipelines technics Knowledge ofMSPower BIsoftware .NET and Azure programming skills Git/GitHub/GitLab working experience Agile process knowledge and practice B2+English communication skills This isahalf-time tofull-time long-term position inLviv, Ukraine.
