Data Engineer in Novus

The NOVUS company, one of the most successful and promising supermarket chains in Ukraine, in connection with active development, invites a DataEngineer to its team. Functional duties in the position: Construction of DWH based on Microsoft Fabric; Formation and processing of large data sets (reception, preparation and transformation of data); Design, development, optimization and support of the pipeline data (data pipelines); Control of data exchanges, notification settings; Participation in the development of datalake architecture; Maintenance of technical documentation. Skills important for the performance of functional duties: Experience of working as a data engineer with large volumes of data; Experience of working with Azure, Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake; Proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark programming languages; Preferably experience with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI Data Modeling and Reporting (DAX, Power Query, Dashboards Design); Experience with databases/data warehouses; Knowledge of basic approaches to data modeling; Experience in preparation of technical documentation; Analytical systems thinking.
