Data collector, interviewer (Enumerator CASH) in ACTED

ACTED provides ongoing support to vulnerable communities by ensuring the sustainability of post-crisis interventions and preparedness for the long-term challenges facing populations in order to break the cycle of poverty, promote development and reduce vulnerability to disasters. Our employees are always ready to respond to emergency situations, support and restore sustainable development through 450 projects in 43 countries. Kyiv (in the office, from 09:00 to 18:00). The position also involves business trips within Ukraine.

Period of work:

The position involves project work under the financing of the humanitarian aid project from Acted

Remuneration:

1670 UAH. on the day before taxation

Subordination:

Linear and functional: The data collector reports to the specialist of the project on providing humanitarian aid to vulnerable categories of the population

Main responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the group project specialist, the data collector must:

1. Perfectly possess and apply in practice the basic humanitarian principles.
2. Observe internal rules, safety rules and labor discipline Acted.
3. Participate in trainings and exercises aimed at improving professional skills.
4. Thoroughly know and be able to apply the methodology of selecting respondents and the interview protocol.
5. Able to organize meetings at all levels and conduct interviews at data collection points with sample groups and key informants.
6. Follow the information collection plans developed by the management using appropriate technical devices.
7. Ensure error-free entry, storage and processing of the entered information in accordance with the instructions.
8. Be able to evaluate and conduct primary analysis of the collected information.
9. Coordinate your work with the project specialist, take an active part in discussing plans and work results and any other issues.
10. Constantly comply with the instructions and instructions of the team leader, the data collector job description and the code of conduct.
11. Compile progress reports on the implementation of the program.
12. Perform other tasks at the request of the project officer.

Requirements:

• High level of self-organization. Be able to work with a minimum level of coordination
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages
• Experience of using a smartphone based on the ANDROID operating system
• Knowledge of software: Windows, Excel, Google tools
• Highly developed teamwork skills
• Highly developed communication skills
• High level self-sacrifice
• Prior experience in a social or related field preferred
