Period of work:

• The project period is from 01/15/2026 to 02/28/2026, with the possibility continued

Remuneration:

data collector — UAH 1,670. on the day before taxation

Main responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the team leader, the data collector must:

1. Proficiently master and apply in practice the basic humanitarian principles.
2. Observe the internal rules, safety rules and labor discipline of ACTED.
3. Participate in trainings and exercises aimed at improving the qualifications skills.
4. To thoroughly know and be able to apply research methodology, interviewee selection methodology and interview protocol.
5. Able to organize meetings at all levels and conduct interviews at data collection points with sample groups and key informants.
6. Follow information collection plans developed by management using appropriate technical devices.
7. Ensure error-free entry, storage and processing of entered information in accordance with instructions.
8. Able to evaluate and conduct an initial analysis of collected information.
9. Coordinate your work with management, take an active part in discussing plans and work results and any other issues.
10. Constantly follow the instructions and instructions of the team leader, the job description of the data collector and the code behavior.
11. Prepare reports on progress in the implementation of the program.
12. Perform other tasks at the request of the team leader.

This vacancy involves working in the call center of the organization and conducting surveys within the framework of humanitarian research (remote).

Requirements for candidates:

• Availability of a personal laptop or personal computer
• Availability of solutions for working during possible power outages, ensuring stable Internet access and uninterrupted operation of a laptop/PC during working hours
• Working device must be equipped with Windows OS version 10 or higher or MacOs Version 10.15 and higher
• Experience in a call center is a priority for us
• High level of self-organization. Be able to work with a minimum level of coordination
• Fluent command of Ukrainian and Russian languages
• Experience of using a smartphone based on the ANDROID operating system
• Software knowledge: Windows, MS Word, Excel, Outlook
• Highly developed teamwork skills
• Highly developed communication skillsskills
• High level of dedication

Desirable:

• Experience of working in Ringostat and similar programs is an advantage
• Experience of working in humanitarian organizations
• Experience of working with people of different ages and social status
• Experience of conducting research (including sociological)
• Experience of conducting individual and group surveys
