Data collection and production accounting operator (production accounting officer) in JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS

We are looking for a colleague in the team who will ensure the accuracy of accounting of materials and finished products in the SAP system. Your main duties:

• Executing transfers in the SAP system.
• Writing off used containers and packaging materials for the past shift, reconciliation of arrivals, balances, limit and withdrawal cards with SAP data, drawing up acts of write-off lack.
• Checking the correctness of primary documents for the accounting of finished products, conducting a countdown in SAP.
• Analysis of deviations in the use of raw materials, packaging and auxiliary materials.
• Checking documents for receiving/issuing material values, practical skills of their movement in SAP.
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports for production and accounting department.
• Transfer of documents to the accounting department according to the "Document flow procedures".
• Monitoring balances in SAP when returning raw materials and packaging.
• Participation in inventory of material assets.
• Creation, release and closing of process orders per day, explanation of deviations in raw materials, packaging materials and man-hours.
• Participation in implementation of MOS (Manufacturing Operational System) culture, updating information on production boards, suggestions for improvements.

Candidate requirements:

• Experience with materials accounting, knowledge of SAP is mandatory and will be an advantage.
• Responsibility, attention to detail, analytical thinking.
• Knowledge document flow.
• Ability to work with a large amount of information.
