We invite to our team a Data center technical support engineer

What will you do:

• Data center infrastructure state monitoring;
• Providing advice to clients regarding data center services;
• Basic maintenance and installation of server equipment.

You are our ideal candidate if:

• Ability to quickly learn new information;
• Availability of full or partial (studying) education in the field of IT/telecommunications;
• Basic knowledge of the principle of operation and maintenance of equipment for life support systems: uninterruptible power supply (UPS), guaranteed power supply (generators), electrical installations (power and switchboards), air conditioning and ventilation (domestic and semi-industrial type), fire alarm and automatic gas fire extinguishing, access control, video surveillance;
• Installation and maintenance of network/server equipment and construction of low-current SCS systems;
• Proficiency in grammatically correct written Ukrainian language;

• Confident PC user. Knowledge of MS office Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio etc

Will be a plus:

• Basic knowledge of server OS of the Linux family (installation, basic configuration of all system services - networks, RAID, etc.);
• Basic knowledge of Windows server OS (installation and basic configuration, RDP);
• Basic knowledge of tcp/ip networks (basics of construction, switching, routing);
• Basic knowledge of Linux software for the organization of web servers (LAMP/LEMP stack - installation, configuration);
• Knowledge of the English language;
• Data center experience and customer service skills.
