General description of the vacancy

The vacancy involves work in the field of IT infrastructure maintenance and the provision of consulting services regarding the systems and software complexes used in the MOU. 

ONLY for reserve officers with the signing of a contract before the announcement of the decision on demobilization and appointment to a position in one of the MOU units.

Main functions

• Maintenance of hardware (servers, disk systems, SAN network of data centers)
• Administration of data center services. (Active Directory, PKI, network services, VM-Ware and NSX-T virtualization and disaster recovery skills). /li>
• Troubleshooting and system recovery.
• Automation of tasks, writing and support of PowerShell scripts.
• Participation in projects to deploy military services and systems.

• Working with the Service desk system (2nd line).

Main requirements

• Working with hardware manufacturers and experience configuring servers and disk subsystems.
• Administration of VM-Ware and NSX-T (creation of templates, deployment, updates, documentation).
• Administration of AD, configuration of GPOs, automation of work by using PowerShell scripts and documentation
• Management and configuration of user PCs (configuration of security functions)
• Communication with users on 2 lines. Troubleshooting.
• Understanding network and security issues.
• Using monitoring systems to prevent problems.
• System recovery skills.
• Administration of organizations from 500+ users.
• Working in systems with a distributed architecture of 2+ sites or branches.
• Working with clusters and other systems for increasing fault tolerance and high availability.
• li>Planning of equipment and software costs.
• Calculation of the number of necessary licenses and meetings with software manufacturers.
• Availability of official certifications is welcome.
