Data Analytics Lead in Romanyuk Z.M., FOP

We are looking for an experienced Data Analytics Lead who will build a centralized data management function in the company from scratch. The candidate will be a key driver of data culture development, building data architecture, ensuring transparency and quality of information, as well as developing analytical tools for business.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Building a centralized data management function:

- Creating a data strategy.

- Formation of data architecture, processes and policies.

- Defining the roles of Data Owners, Data Stewards.

2. Development of corporate DWH:

- Design and implementation of Data Warehouse.

- Creation of Data Marts.

- Construction of data models (star schema, snowflake).

3. Analysis of existing IT systems:

- Analysis of data quality and structure of sources.

- Identification of gaps in processes and integrations.

- Formation of technical recommendations.

4. Directory management (MDM):

- Formation of directory maintenance standards.

- Ensuring consistency between systems.

5. Building ETL/ELT:

- Configuring and optimizing pipelines.

- Creation of CDC and incremental downloads.

- Automation of ETL monitoring.

6. Data Evangelist:

- Building a data-driven culture.

- Conducting trainings for teams.

- Forming requirements for new IT solutions.

7. Business analytics:

- Construction of Power BI reports.

- Formalization of requirements.

- Preparation of KPI-dashboards.

8. Data quality assurance:

- Creation of Data Quality Framework.

- Automation of checks.

9. Interaction with stakeholders:

- Collection of business requirements.

- Presentation of analytical solutions to the management.

ADDITIONAL TASKS

- Implementation of new integration tools.

- Construction of Data Lake.

- Control of costs of construction works.

- Integration of mobile applications with DWH.

- Automation forecasting.

- Preparation of Data Governance documentation. 

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

- 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering, BI or Data Architecture.

- Experience building DWH.

- High level of SQL.

- Experience with ETL/ELT.

- Tools: Power BI, dbt, Airflow, ADF, SSIS.

- Soft skills: communication, facilitation, system thinking.
