We are looking for a Data & Analytics Group Head
You can claim it if:
Have 5+ years of experience in data and analytics, including 2 years in leadership roles.
You know how to manage a team, motivate, give high-quality feedback, evaluate, develop employees and achieve set goals.
You have deep knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics.
You understand the principles of machine learning and know how to solve analytical problems.
You have experience working with machine learning libraries (NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Scikit-learn).
Can use BI tools (Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau).
You understand UI/UX principles and have experience with HTML and CSS.
You have expertise in working with the main Web and App analytics tools: GTM, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust and others.
You have experience working with cloud solutions (Google Cloud Platform).
You have programming skills (Python, SQL, R, JavaScript).
You know how to measure and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and perform attribution of conversions.
Your approach to work: responsible, systematic, proactive, innovative. You have high communication skills and you know how to talk about complicated things in simple words.
You speak English at the Upper-Intermediate level and above.
It will be your plus:
You have an understanding of Customer Data Platform and Data Management Platform and experience working with these platforms.
You understand Data Privacy and know how to implement data privacy policies.
Passed training on Google Cloud Platform.
Your future tasks:
Data & Analytics Team Management.
Interaction with other departments and customers to ensure proper collection, storage, analysis and use of data and strategic decision-making.
Using your analytics expertise and understanding of business needs to solve complex analytics challenges.
Using Web and App analytics tools, such as: GTM, Google Analytics, Amplitude, Hotjar, Firebase, AppsFlyer, Adjust, to collect and analyze data and obtain valuable insights. p>
Using cloud solutions, in particular Google Cloud Platform, for data storage, processing and analysis.
Design and build dashboards, reports and visualizations using BI analytics tools such as Looker Studio, PowerBI, Tableau.
Apply the knowledge of probability theory and mathematical statistics in practice to carry out analytical studies and put forward well-founded recommendations. Look at data from a strategic perspective and determine ways to improve the business efficiency of clients and agencies based on the received insightsaccounts.
Development of Web- and Arr-analytics and Data science in the agency.
