Data Analyst (Zoho Analytics) in CRMOZ

We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our dynamic remote team. Our company specializes in integrating Zoho CRM and other Zoho Corp products for our clients. This role involves creation of insightful reports and dashboards, and close collaboration with our team and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparation and normalisation of data for analysis.
• Development and maintenance of reports and dashboards using Zoho Analytics.
• Efficient import and export of data.
• Development and analysis of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Effective communication with clients and team members, both verbal and in writing.
• Participation in project meetings and contribution to discussions.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and data analysis methods.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, including advanced formulas and macros (obligatory).
• Strong knowledge of SQL (obligatory).
• Experience with Power BI and other BI systems (obligatory).
• Preferable knowledge of Python and data analysis libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Experience with Zoho Analytics would be a significant advantage.
• Upper-Intermediate level of English proficiency (B2).
• Ability to learn new skills and tools quickly.
