Data Analyst (USAID SOERA) in Deloitte

Deloitte is looking for a qualified candidate for the position of Analyst data in support of the State Property Fund of Ukraine (PSFMU) to work in the USAID SOERA Project. The vacancy requires full-time employment and the candidate's stay in Ukraine, m. Kyiv The Data Analyst will be responsible for conducting interviews with stakeholders as part of their current functions, further functional requests and potential user experiences.The candidate will work closely with stakeholders parties in order to analyze and transform their needs into functional and technical specifications, especially in the development of data models and ERD models.

Preference will be given to a candidate with experience in the public sector or in government projects with a deep understanding of the stages and documentation necessary for the selection and implementation of IT systems, various types of Registers and excellent communication skills skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct stakeholder interviews within their current functions, future functional requests and potential user experiences .
• Conducting research and analysis of large volumes of data, writing scripts for analysis.
• Building data structures, data transformation and validation.
• Analysis of data sources, setting tasks to configure integrations with sources.
• Creation and execution of special analytical queries. to transform input data for further analysis.
• Control migration, collection, validation and integration of data into the Registry, ensuring high quality standards and data integrity.
• Coordination between technical team and non-technical stakeholders by the parties (state officials of the FSMU, SOERA management) to ensure clear communication and agreement purposes.
• Creation of diagrams of relationships of entities.
• Based on ERD models, creation of a description and analysis of business processes "as is" data flow.
• Based on ERD models for creating a description of business processes "to be" data flow.

Main requirements:

• Higher education in Economics, Mathematics, IT or other related fields
• At least 3 years of work experience as a business analyst or in a similar role, with an emphasis on the selection and implementation of IT systems and Registers.
< li>Experience in the public sector will be an advantage.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian languages ​​(spoken and written).
• In-depth understanding of selection stages and documents and implementation of IT systems, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), project management methodologies such as Waterfall, Kanban, and Agile.
• Experience in stakeholder identification, requirements gathering and documentation, and participation in development and project support.
• Knowledge of requirements documentation methods, including User Stories and Use Cases.
• Experience with programming languages ​​for data analysis (Python, R, SQL).
• Ability to write scripts for data analysis will be a big advantage
• Experience with data visualization tools like Redash and form building tools like Form.io.
• Skills to solve complex situations and the ability to make independent decisions.
• Ability to effectively communicate complex information to a variety of audiences, including both technical and non-technical professionals.
