Responsibilities:

Manage a team of developers and data analysts at the Data Factory. Coordination, prioritization, unification of development approaches

Organization of cross-functional interaction with methodologists, ETL, data operators, BI analysts

Data analysis of processes at the "Data Factory" level

Improvement data management practices and documentation

Building Architectural solutions of GSBPM sub-processes on the IT platform of the State Statistics Service and their display in the form of DataFlow\DataStructure Diagram

Coordination of the implementation of GSBPM sub-processes on the IT platform of the State Statistics Service.

Requirements:

Higher education in the field of economics, mathematics, computer science or related fields

Minimum 3 years of experience in management positions in the field of work with data

Data & Structure Modeling experience

Knowledge of Python (Pandas) and understanding of OLAP cubes

Knowledge of Microsoft Power Automate and Power BI
