What awaits you?
Responsible for coordinating team efforts, improving operational efficiency and building strong relationships in different territories within the CEE region. This role offers a dynamic environment to strengthen your leadership skills, support team development and contribute to strategic cross-border collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- provide coaching, leadership and support to the team junior and senior specialists;
- ensure timely and accurate completion of all team tasks and deliverables;
- set clear goals and performance expectations for team members;
- promote a motivating and friendly team atmosphere;
- support professional development and growth of team members;
- identify opportunities for process improvement and implement optimization initiatives;
- maintain and update processes according to current practices;
- assist manager in implementation and testingnew processes and tools;
- collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Basic requirements:
- 1 year experience in a technical position, which includes data processing and analysis;
- 1 year experienceas a team leader or equivalent position;
- relevant advanced degree, preferably in information technology or economics;
- strong time management skills and organizational skills;
- strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
- fluency in MS Office and SQL;
- ability to work independently and complete tasks on time with the highest quality standards;
- ability to successfully solve complex problems and issues, ability to motivate, inspire and develop others;
- excellent communication skills;
- ability to work in a dynamic, fast-changing environment.
- written and spoken English at an above-intermediate level (B2).
