Data Analyst (Subscriptions, Finance) in Energise.pro

Hello 🇺🇦 We are the Energise.pro IT team from Ukraine. We design, develop and promote mobile applications in various niches. All processes are in-house. We are not an outsourced company. Over the past 4 years, we have released more than 20 mobile applications in the niches of utilities, health, entertainment, photo and video editing. 💡 We are looking for a data analyst (subscription models, financial and business data) to join the team, who will calculate the analytics of each product separately and the business as a whole. 👩‍💻 🧑‍💻 What will need to be done: Analyze subscriptions and the subscription "tail"; Analysis of subscriptions by country and region; Predict future revenue from subscriptions; Analytics of profitability of traffic sources; Calculation LTV of users in general and individual "portraits" of users; Analytics of customer behavior metrics in the mobile application (Amplitude, MixPanel); CashFlow, Balance, P&L of the business; P&L by project; Informational and analytical support of the team; Search for insights and patterns in the data for further improvement of products; Working with raw data; Building dashboards; Forming hypotheses and looking for their confirmation; Compiling reports at the request of the manager. ‼️ Mandatory: Use of Excel, Google Sheet at the level of an advanced user (complex formulas, summary tables); Analytical thinking; Understanding of principles gathering information and building reports; Experience with processing and analyzing financial data. ✚A plus will be: experience with a subscription model; Experience with mobile application analytics tools (Amplitude, MixPanel); SQL knowledge for working with databases; Experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI) within the framework of standards (think out of the box). 👫 We build a real friendly team and value: Communicability Regular communication with the work group regarding current projects in written (chats, task managers) and verbal formats (zoom-calls).
