This person will be an early member of a highly experienced and passionate team and will play a key role in defining the future of the organization. The associate’s primary focus will be supporting and advancing Enterprise-wide analytics and operational performance. The associate will work closely with Strive Leadership and Market Stakeholders, as well as the broader Technology team to develop a robust suite of analytics.Essential FunctionsResearch, hypothesize and develop analytical approaches for identifying, analyzing, and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets, particularly in healthcare claims & lab dataConceptualize and design innovative models to assess viability of new and ongoing initiatives and clinical programsCollaborate with team members from clinical and market operations to identify data driven opportunities to add value to existing partnersDesign and build self-service dashboards to measure performance and assist in directing team’s efforts towards initiatives with the largest impactPerform ad-hoc analysis to determine opportunity for meaningful Enterprise-wide KPIsIdentify, communicate, and lead the resolution of data gaps that impede the fulfilment of operational reporting and oversightMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree with strong academic achievement1+ years of data analytics experience; healthcare analytics experience preferredPreferred QualificationsWorking knowledge of analyzing medical claim, lab data, EMR data and clinical dataProficiency in Microsoft SQL, Excel, PowerPoint, and visualization tools; AWS experience a plusEntrepreneurial spirit and comfort in ambiguity; desire to be a self-starterComfortable speaking and leading analytical discussions with stakeholders Annual Salary Range: $66,000.00-$77,000.00Strive Health offers competitive compensation and benefits, including Health insurance, Dental insurance, Vision insurance, 401k Retirement Plan with Employer Match, Life and Accidental Death & Dismemberment insurance, Disability insurance, Health Savings Account, Flexible Spending Account, paid company holidays, in addition to Vacation Time Off.
