What we offer specifically for this role:

• the opportunity to develop in different directions (Data Science, product, technical and business)
• work on the Delivery product, which is one of the strategic ones in the Uklon ecosystem
• work with modern tools that are widely used in the domain of analytics ( Tableau, Superset, Snowflake, dbt, AirFlow, etc.)
• participation in the development of a product that you use yourself and see the results of your work and which competes on an equal footing with well-known global brands
• regular performance & salary review
developing reports and dashboards for business users
• processing Ad-hoc requests
• testing hypotheses within the department and from business users
• conducting AB tests and issuing recommendations based on their results
• drawing conclusions on the work of the product and its optimization
• setting alerts for extreme indicators
• monitoring and operational work with reports

Challenges for 3 months:
• adaptation in the team and collective
• familiarization with all available data sources
• familiarization with the process of solving typical tasks
• development of reports and dashboards from the planned pool
• execution of specific tasks according to the plan
• proper quality of task execution

To achieve results, you will need:

• 2+ years of experience in the development and monitoring of analytical dashboards and reports
• experience in performing turnkey analytical tasks
• knowledge of basic conversions and product metrics (retention, acquisition, LTV, etc)
• experience in optimization and automation of the same type of operations
• formation of TOR to create new types of data needed to perform tasks
• high level of SQL proficiency for data queries (window functions, grouping of data)
• possession at an advanced level with one of the BI tools (Tableau/Looker/QlikView/PowerBI)

How do you regulate your working hours?
• you determine a convenient time for yourself; business time, when everyone must be in touch - from 11:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
