Data analyst\Power BI Engineer in GIOC , KP / Golovniy Informaciyno-obchislyuvalniy Centr

The IT company of KMDA is looking for a data analyst\Power BI Engineer to participate in projects to create and modernize city IT systems.

KP GIOC is a utility company that works in the field of IT and implements the city's target program "Electronic Capital". We create, implement and administer IT systems for providing city services online. Among our projects: mobile application "Kyiv Digital", e-ticket for travel in public transport, online parking payment service, service for finding evacuated cars and paying fines for evacuating cars online, and many others.

Responsibilities

• Implements dashboards in power bi
• Identification and analysis of business processes
• Development and support of the existing architecture analytics
• Monitoring, analysis and extension of existing ETL processes
• Connection of various source data (databases, api, etc.)
• Active participation in planning and implementation of data modeling processes and data management
• Processes and analyzes data provided by their administrator.
• Forms requests to administrators with a list of technical requirements for data that are necessary for the implementation of planned tasks
• Describes data structures and rules for working with them
• Develops concepts of sketches of future layouts, namely their content and logic of their work
• Processes and analyzes data provided by their manager.
• li>Uses various methods and tools to find patterns in data, draw conclusions, and derive maximum value from them for the customer of the dashboards or the task at hand
• Performs data analysis systematically or as needed
• Forms the analysis/definition of data requirements
• If necessary, develops the concept of sketches of future layouts, namely their content and the logic of their work
• Participates in the planning of annual tasks, determines the volume based on from understanding the complexity of implementation
• Identifies and analyzes business processes to further build the logic of dashboards
• Conducts technical testing of dashboards in power bi
• Development and coordination with the overall architecture team providing business analysis from extraction to presentation. 
• Implements static and flexible data presentation to include reports, visualizations (charts, graphs, maps, etc.) and custom formats.
• Supports implemented BI solutions through performance monitoring and query customization, resolves data integrity issues, monitors system performance, and reports functional and technical issues.

Skills Required 

• Experience from 1 year of writing sql queries,

   skills of working with python (pandas, polars), 

  knowledge of postgresql, mysql, mssql, confirmation of qualifications with certificates, letters of recommendation

• Practical experience in using clickup, azure, power bi, apache nifi, sharepoint tools
• Self-organization, responsibility< /li>
• Ability to work in a team
