We are looking for a Data Analyst who will be able to join our team and together with us make a real breakthrough in the world of marketing! Your main tasks: Creation of Customer Journey Maps (CJM) with analysis, study and identification of weak and strong stages; Development and maintenance of interactive BI reports and dashboards for better understanding data and making decisions based on it; Conducting qualitative and quantitative research; Setting up end-to-end analytics; Assisting in optimizing funnels; Analyzing reports from various sources such as affiliate program, CRM, Google Analytics, databases; Analyzing user sessions and identifying issues; Development of new strategies and methods to improve results and metrics; Calculation of key project metrics (LifeTime, LTV, CR, Retention and Churn Rate, ARPPU) and proposals for their improvement based on data; Interaction with company management, as well as with other departments, including Product, Retention, Payments and Affiliate to ensure consistency and efficiency of work. Our ideal candidate has the following characteristics: Experience in the position of Analyst from 2 years or more; Experience in developing interactive reporting panels in Power BI with the possibility of convenient filtering, sorting and data detailing on the dashboard. Ability to conduct A/B tests; Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools; Knowledge and experience with SQL and databases.
