Data analyst (marketing) in NovaPay

Financial company "NovaPay" (group of companies "NOVA") announces a competition for the position "Analyst of management of analysis of marketing activity ».

Requirements:

• higher education (IT or marketing)
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• confident user of the MS Office suite, confident command of: SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau
• understanding of the principles of data formation and work with DWH
• skills in working with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.)
• experience in working with large volumes of data, data processing skills
• ability to work with BI systems
• ability to formulate analytical tasks based on business requirements
• proactivity and willingness to learn quickly, desire to develop in the field of marketing

• autonomy, responsibility, communication, ability to work in a team and with partners.

Main tasks:

• development and implementation of automated reports and analytical solutions
• customization and optimization of dashboards for various marketing campaigns
• analysis of large volumes of data to identify trends and gain insights in the field of user research of experience
• working with cloud services and DWH tools to ensure optimal data storage and access
• cooperation with technical teams to improve data collection and analysis processes
• preparation of analytical tables, reports and presentations
• preparation and formation of customer bases for various marketing campaigns

• conducting analysis of marketing projects/activities (customer attraction channels, customer transactions in the mobile application, success of shares).
