We are currently looking for a Data Analyst in the Manifest team. The main objective of this role is to find useful insights and based on them provide actionable recommendations regarding the growth strategy of the business and the Manifest product. Help the marketing and product teams make the right and timely decisions based on data and insights for the growth of business indicators on a monthly basis, be a driver of changes and take responsibility for their implementation and results. Manifest is a product for women that helps them change their lives for the better. It includes not only a mobile app with affirmations and motivation, but a broader plan of transformation that helps women focus on their desires and goals. The team's goal for the next 2 years is to become the number 1 transformative product for women in the world by expanding the product's capabilities and providing a deeper user experience. Your area of influence: Analysis of marketing and product indicators, generation of ideas for product improvement and optimization of user engagement; Revenue stream management: analysis of forecasted income of potential customers opportunities for its increase (including analysis of data on subscriptions, setting their prices and length, as well as identifying trend factors affecting the forecast of their payback); Preparation of analytical reports and construction of relevant dashboards, including visualization (both marketing and product/monetization). For this you will need: Experience in a similar position from 1 year; Skills of working with Tableau, Power BI or other analytical package; Data-driven approach to work; High level of skills in prioritizing tasks of time management; Experience of working with Jira; High level of skills in Microsoft Excel/ Google Sheets; Ability to dive deeply into questions, figure it out on your own and present the results; Attention to details, a systematic approach.
