Combining the principles of people-centredness and innovation at work is our way.As a Data Analyst at Raiffeisen Bank Ukraine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of our risk assessment models. By carefully assessing these models, you will contribute to the bank's ability to make sound financial decisions, manage risk effectively, and comply with regulatory requirements.Your responsibilities:Periodic review, validation and support of credit risk forecasting models for retail business clients in line with regulatory requirements (Basel, IFRS9)Periodic review, validation and maintenance of statistical models oriented to business and other needsModel review within the models development and regular performance checks in line with regulatory requirements and Group directivesPrepare of regular reports on the quality of the models, perform in-depth analysis of model outputs to identify any anomalies or discrepanciesPresentation of research resultsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential model weaknesses and propose improvementsStay up-to-date with industry standards and best practices in model development and validationPreferred qualifications:Master's degree in fields such as finance, mathematics, statistics or ITProficiency in SQLStrong analytical skillsKnowledge of mathematical statisticsLevel of English B2+ (Upper Intermediate)Effective communication and presentation skillsIt will be an advantage:Understanding the main stages and types of machine learning modelsProven experience in model validation within the banking industryKnowledge of SAS, R or PythonPractical skills in working with version control (GIT)Experience with Power BIWe offer:International business career: work in a large international company that creates a diverse and inclusive environment for professional and personal growth.
