Our team spans 12 countries, bringing knowledge and expertise from all over the world.We are currently looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our teamAs Data Analyst, you will be Accountable for:Analyzing data and providing insights that support business decisions;Preparing accurate reports using data from internal and external sources;Conducting comprehensive data analysis over time to forecast sales and marketing trends;Generating daily, weekly, monthly, and ad hoc reports using Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, PowerBI, and other business reporting tools;Developing and monitoring key performance indicators;Evaluating products’ performance and proposing strategies to increase sales and profitability;Setting up, tracking, and analyzing various promotions, suggesting strategies to maximize sales and profitability;Developing pricing strategy and assessing the impact of price changes on product sales performance;Conducting market research on products, competitors, prices, and segment-specific trends;Enhancing efficiency through process automation.Who are you?You have outstanding skills and a minimum 2 years of experience analyzing sales and marketing data in a successful e-commerce company;You have advanced analytical and quantitative skills as well as extensive knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel;You have experience in developing analytical reporting and interactive dashboards in Power BI;Your attention to detail is beyond all expectations;You are passionate about developing hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, make recommendations, and drive actions;You have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively, you collaborate effectively with teammates and management on problem definition and solving;Upper-intermediate English with excellent written, communication, and presentation skills;Located in CET timezone +/-2h.We Offer:A full-time remote job;Work in the Central European Time Zone with the flexibility of working hours;Anniversary and Birthday bonuses;20 paid days off per year;Parental leave;Unlimited supply of Vimerson Health Supplements;Charity Match Programme: The company will match any donations that you personally make to your charity of choice;Recognition incentives and regular team-building activities;Possibilities for personal and professional growth.If your passion lies in data, if you find joy in numbers and analysis, and if you're eager to bring value and want your voice to be heard, we extend an invitation for you to join our dynamic team.
