Data analyst (HR Department) in DTEK, TOV, Energetichna kompaniya

We are looking for a Data analyst (HR Department), who will participate in the formation of the resource management function in the company's IT using modern technologies and approaches, will monitor productivity and workload, plan the number.

Job functions:

• budgeting and forecasting of resources (annual, quarterly, monthly) in the necessary analytics sections;
• analysis of resource planning data and actual use of working time with the help of Power Query;
• setting up reporting and monitoring indicators, reflecting the efficiency of resource use;
• improving existing processes based on performance analysis and identifying opportunities for optimization;
• updating role and driver models, benchmarking;
• bench management ;
• improving the time tracking system in the company, taking into account data from the analysis of working time records when calculating resources, developing and setting up appropriate reporting;
• organizing and holding management meetings to make decisions on resource management issues ;
• communication at a high level with senior and middle management;
• preparation of presentations, summary of meetings and control of the implementation of agreements.

Necessary professional experience and requirements:

• Excel, Power Query;
• Understanding of resource management (eg working hours, IT market roles);
• Experience with reviews APQC, Gartner, Computer Economics.
