Investing.com, the leading global financial news & data platform, is on the search for a Data Analyst with a strong background in Tableau and Python to join our growing team.What you’ll be doing:Utilizing Tableau to develop interactive and informative dashboards as well as data visualizationsLeveraging Python for data preparation and construction of simple data pipelines.Collaborating with various departments to support the end-to-end process of report building: gathering requirements, interpreting business issues, defining metrics and KPIs, and creating reports/dashboardsPerform Ad-Hoc data analysis for various departmentsAnalyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights, identify key trends, and inform decision-makingConstructing SQL queries for data extraction and performing advanced data analysis to meet business needsBuilding, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines to ensure accurate and efficient data flow into reports and dashboardsEngaging in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with stakeholders to ensure the final product meets the intended goalsEffectively communicate insights and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersWhat you’ll bring:Proven experience with Tableau for creating compelling and insightful data visualizationsProficient in Python for data wrangling and preparation (no machine learning involvement)Solid understanding of SQL and relational databases for report and dashboard data requirementsDemonstrated ability in conducting thorough data analysis and turning data into understandable insightsExperience in monitoring and reporting on key business metrics and performance indicators.A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experienceExcellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a data-driven mindset.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environmentWho we are:Investing.com was founded in 2007 and has grown to a robust team of over 350 employees across the globe.
