Data Analyst (DataDog) in Softwarium

Our US partner, a world-class cloud identity security company, has been consistently ranked by Gartner as a leader in Privileged Access Management (PAM) and has received top marks from Forrester in categories such as SaaS/cloud, integration, deployment, and innovation roadmap. This presents a unique opportunity for a Data Analyst to work with one of the five largest players in the global PAM market.

We are looking for a Data Analyst with experience in distributed software systems, telemetry data analytics and familiarity with tools like Datadog or similar platforms. The ideal candidate will also have experience in cybersecurity, excellent English communication skills, and the ability to standardize analytical reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze telemetry data from various software systems to provide actionable insights;

- Utilize Datadog or similar programs to monitor and visualize system performance;

- Standardize approaches to the formation of analytical information, ensuring consistency and accuracy across reports;

- Collaborate with technical teams to understand their requirements for analytical data and tailor queries accordingly;

- Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders;

- Assist in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve system performance and reliability.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, specifically with software telemetry data;

- Proficiency in using Datadog or similar tools;

- Strong understanding of data analysis techniques and methodologies;

- Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken;

- Ability to standardize and unify analytical information and reporting processes;

- Strong collaboration skills to work with technical teams and gather requirements for analytical data;

- A bachelor’s degree is preferred (as part of the Background check).
