Data Analyst (Data Analyst) in GIGACLOUD

Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Data Analyst.

Responsibilities:

• Performing tasks to build data analytics in accordance with the priorities of the tasks determined by the immediate supervisor; 
• Discovery of data discrepancies and inconsistencies with the defined rules of working with data;   
• Interaction with other departments to set up analytics, create reports and dashboards;  
• Visualization of analytics using Power BI, MS Excel and others;   
• Verification and cleaning of data necessary for building analytics; 
• Writing technical specifications for reports; 
• Setting up automated data update in accordance with the requirements of analytics customers;  
• Formulation of proposals for improving the structure of the analytics system and data that will be used in the work of the unit;
• Development and optimization of existing rules for working with data;  
• Integration of analytical information with the Company's business process regulation system; 
• Maintenance / change of structure / configuration of existing databases for analytics needs. 

Requirements:

• Experience with Power BI, MS Excel; 
• Experience in working with SQL; 
• Experience with project and task management tools such as Jira, Confluence; 
• Analytical thinking, attention to details, systematic approach; 
• Ability to effectively organize your time and work in multitasking conditions; 
• Proficiency in technical English at minimum B1 level.  

Will be a plus:

• Experience in building predictive data analytics systems; 
• Experience in optimizing processes in companies of the B2B segment; 
• Experience of interaction with AI (Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT); 
• Understanding of ITIL/ITSM principles.
