Financial Controlling Department (Retail Business) has a vacancy for a data analyst

Experience: 

• SQL (writing queries, creating tables, knowledge of analytical functions);
• MS Excel (experienced user);
• PowerPivot ( including DAX);- PowerBI; \
• methods of financial and economic analysis;
• fundamentals of accounting, management and tax accounting
• knowledge of regulatory documents of the National Bank of Ukraine regarding regulation of commercial banks (preferred)

• current legislation of Ukraine, which regulates banking activity (preferably)

Your role:

• Create new (customer consultation on TK, creation of data model using SQL, visualization) and maintain existing analytical reports in PowerBI; 
• make one-time samples of information at the request of the Business; look for ways to automate the provision of information to customers.
• participate in the preparation of the annual budget and quarterly forecasts of RB: - collect data and analyze actual indicators; - develop models for calculating individual budget/forecast indicators of activity, - aggregate and consolidate information , provided by other participants in the process; - enter the final data into the relevant analytical systems
• monitor the implementation of the established limits and planned indicators for the relevant direction of RB activity; analyze deviations of actual indicators from the budget and/or forecast, causes of unforeseen deviations;
• evaluate the economic efficiency of new projects and analyze the results of implemented projects (payback, impact on business results);
• model scenarios to identify potential obstacles and problems in order to improve future financial results and create conditions for business expansion/growth;
