Data analyst (business processes) in Kyivstar/Kiyivstar

Purpose of the position

Ensuring the achievement of the Company's strategic goals and increasing operational and business efficiency by analyzing, measuring and optimizing business processes.

We are looking for a colleague in the department of process management and corporate efficiency who will be responsible for the analysis of key business processes, construction of reporting and development of data-driven culture in the Company. The role involves working closely with process owners, working with performance metrics and implementing data-driven changes.

Your tasks

• Be part of a team that drives change and transformation in the Company
• Measure and analyze data from systems and process metrics to identify trends, bottlenecks and potential for improvement
• Interact with business process owners to their analysis and optimization in accordance with the Company's operational activity and strategy
• Participate in the development and implementation of business process optimization roadmaps in cooperation with stakeholders
• Participate in the construction of reporting and the system for monitoring the effectiveness of business processes
• Propose ideas for improving internal processes and strengthening the analytical expertise of the team
• Prepare and present analytical materials and reports for management

Our ideal candidate

• Has a higher education (technical or economic)
• Understands the principles of building algorithms and business processes
• Speaks English at the intermediate or higher level
• Has developed communication and presentation skills, thinks comprehensively
• Possesses critical thinking, understands the principles collecting, consolidating and analyzing data, forming conclusions and recommendations
• Works with collaboration and task management tools (Confluence, Jira, MS Teams or similar)
• Proficient with data analysis and reporting tools: SQL / Excel / Power BI / Google Sheets (or similar) Able to work independently and effectively interact in team
